Once purchased, our courses, or services, you can claim for refund within 2 days of course purchase if not satisfied. Customer will get refund within 3-5 working days from the date when refund was processed by the customer.

To cancel a subscription through your banking service or payment platform, such as Google Pay, customers should adhere to the specific cancellation guidelines provided by the respective service.

Alternatively, customers seeking to cancel their subscription may reach out directly to us by sending an email to support@itrsptechnologies.com. Upon receiving your request, we will take the necessary steps to cancel your subscription from our end.

We encourage our customers to review their subscription statuses and make any desired cancellations well in advance of the next billing cycle to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Eligibility for Refund

If it is determined that the issue originates from our end and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund. This refund will be processed within 15 days after your concern has been acknowledged.

Note: Please note, refunds are applicable only for issues stemming from our services; issues related to customer hardware or software do not qualify for a refund.
